We began the opening by acknowledging the Turrbal and Yaggera people as the First Nations owners of the land on which the show is being held at Maud Gallery and paid respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

This country has long been part of the Art and Stories of First Nations people and ask that when you view the images at the gallery, you reflect on how culture and connection to country has been expressed through Art for centuries.

I thank everyone that has helped to make the show possible. Leica, Ilford, Brilliant Prints and Maud Gallery for their time, generosity and continued support.
